I am a sole practitioner primarily acting as a consultant to various
law firms, while also handling matters for clients who are not
law firms or lawyers. I am an experienced litigator, with particular
expertise in commercial litigation and appellate advocacy,
although I have handled considerable numbers of cases in
other disciplines, such as toxic tort, product liability
and serious personal injury matters.
My hourly rate to law
firms and other clients varies depending on the task
involved. A short version of my CV is posted below. A
longer version can be accessed or downloaded in MS WORD
